Just had to replace my ancient boiler-something I had been dreading. The Parkside team was great to work with: from Mike who came to see my old boiler and gave me a great estimate AND got my hot water fixed and patiently and kindly answered my many questions,to Dorothy in the office who was so friendly, patient and professional, to Mike and Francisco who did a fabulous job on the install- professional, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and clean. The new boiler looks great!

Parkside came the same day I called with a tank leak. They were courteous, professional in their presentation and the techs worked with respect to us and our property and finished hours before their projected time. All debris hauled away and no residual smells even though we had a full tank of oil. This was my second estimate and I can’t tell you how happy I was with their response. Highly recommend

We replaced our old water heater AND our old “in basement” oil tank within just a few days of each other. Mike (owner) was beyond understanding and expeditous with setting up appointments, getting his crew to our home and even giving us a “temporary” water heater until the job could be completed.The service technicians worked diligently and were meticulous.We couldn’t be happier!
