Montauk Plumbing has responded multiple times to various plumbing emergencies at my home. They answer the phone, dispatch a plumber asap, stop the problem and then fix it in short order. Highly recommend.
I reached out to Montauk plumbing at 8am because my tenant had no hot water. By noon, they were able to come to my house and find the issue, which required them to replace and install the 40 gallon electric hot water heater. They were able to install the replacement the same day and by that afternoon my tenant had hot water. Very fast and professional service! Service cost $2250 + tax, but it was worth the quick, professional resolution.
I meant to post a review in June when I first used MBH, but life did its thing. Then I needed them again recently, and here I am.
Both times it was an urgent leak.
Both times the folks they sent got there quickly, figured out the problem, and got it fixed.
In one case, a part was needed, and another employee met the person doing the repair halfway to expedite the fix and dodge some of that traffic we don't need to talk about.
So yes, do call them if you need work done.
