The team is punctual, courteous, and performs work in a swift and efficient manner. They treat every job equally, large or small. Customers note the owner responds immediately to requests and often arrives the next morning to give a competitive estimate. The crew starts early, completes installations by lunch, and their craftsmanship is excellent. They are very clean and respectful of the home. If a problem arises later, the owner responds and comes by first thing the next morning to fix it. The work is very high quality, with no disruption to the household. StraightEdge Plumbing does exceptional work. I just had them replace my tankless water heater. Jonathan responded to my request immediately and was at my house the next morning to see what I wanted to replace. He gave me an estimate which was very competitive with other vendors. He and his crew came the other day to take out my old system and installed the new system. They started at 8am and was done by 11am. Very professional, went about their business, answered my questions and there was no disruption to our household.
