Professional in all aspects. Dr. William Boozan is very knowledgable and have an excellent “bedside” manner. Their facilities are very clean. They have a large waiting room. They took me at the time I was a scheduled. HIGHLY covid-compliant practices. They get better each year I go to them. They have a latest diagnostic equipment and the doctors are responsive to the patient’s requests and explain the conditions very clearly.
I have been seeing Dr. Yao for more than 5 years now. My father also sees her. She took his cataracts out. He has wonderful vision. She has a great bedside personality. Very knowledgeable.
Dr. Yao has been both knowledgeable and thorough caring for my mother after a traumatic eye injury. She cared for my mother both in hospital and post surgery. Dr. Yao was able to answer all of my questions. The staff at the OCLI office was both compassionate and caring and went out of their way to make the experience as smooth as possible.
