    I was honestly skeptical about joining Club Pilates. I worried about whether I’d lose weight, get toned, or even be able to get into classes because of all the waitlists. But after consistently attending 5 days a week since November, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made( don’t be scared of the waitlist!)I’ve lost 10 pounds, gained muscle, improved my flexibility, and noticed a huge boost in my mental health.

    I have truly enjoyed classes with Michelle C. Her instruction and cues are clear to understand. She provides modifications/adjustments so that every level of practice can benefit. I love Club Pilates!

    club pilates is awesome, you improve your balance, gain strength and challenge yourself as well as have fun and meet some really great people. the instructors are knowledgable and always keep things interesting!
