Why are you advertising waxing and then tell your customers you don't do waxing. I've gotten waxed here before and all of a sudden you're adamant that you've never performed the service. Terrible way to run a business.

She did not listen to what I wanted when my friend and I went in to get our eyebrows done :/ told her I wanted to keep them thick and she ended up taking so much off my eyebrows I will not be going back

I come to the mall a lot to get my eyebrows threaded and honestly I’m just so tired of the attitude I get when asked for a full face threading they don’t want to because it takes time although I am paying the price they have posted I always have a problem to get this service the ladies are usually rude and nasty about it and I would love to speak to the owner and let him know that the lady with reddish hair says she doesn’t make enough hourly to be taking time doing a full face on me which is not my problem I come in for a service that it states it gives and I can never get it only eye brows
