⭐ 1-Star Review — The Threading Place, Galleria Mall, Middletown, NY

I visited The Threading Place on the second level of the Galleria Mall in Middletown today to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I will say that she did a good job on my brows, and I was pleased with the actual service.

Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my impression of the business.

I was told my eyebrows were $15, and I handed the employee a $100 bill. She put on her glasses and began closely examining the bill. She then used a counterfeit-detection pen and repeatedly marked the bill from top to bottom and left to right, on both the front and back....read full review

Today on May 13th at 4:30pm, the lady did not listen to what I wanted. I only wanted her to clean up my eye brows because I’m trying to grow them out. She thinned them out in order to make them look the same.

If this is the place in front of Macy’s second floor… the eyebrow threading was so fast, she left my eyebrows different… one is shorter than the other 😩 I asked for a little trim and left literally 1 eyebrow hair on the tail, I had to pluck it because it looked ridiculous 🙈
She was nice but the work was too rushed
