I’m a hair stylist and been in the industry for over ten years and have occasionally gone to JCPenney for a quick blowout when my own stylist is booked. I booked a blowout with the salon when I was about to check out I was charged 75$!!! They never told me she was a master stylist she made comments how long my hair is she didn’t predry my hair or use a round brush which would have saved her time plus next morning it was frizzy like it wasn’t even done. I think $75 is ridiculous to charge especially at JCPenney when I don’t even charge 50 myself.Service: Hairstyling

I love having a stylist that knows my hair and does a great job. I've been going to Tonya for at least 4 years now and she does an amazing job. Her coworkers are always nice as well.

I wanted to share my family's remarkable experience. My family was shopping in Jcp and we started at the kids zone. My kids were so happy and excited to have so much fun while my wife shopped. We met several salon stylists and Salon Manager who made us feel so special. I found out The salon staff assists in this event every month and all events in the store. Welcoming us to visit the salon. I decided to take a tour of the salon and ended up spending the day. The business was jumping!! I wasn't sure there was appointments open but I was told they take walk ins as well as appointments Marge, the front desk specialist ,recommend several stylist to suit my family's needs....read full review
