I can not say enough wonderful things about Pete. My husband and I are purchasing our first home and needed a home inspector. Pete came as a recommendation to us and accommodated us to do the inspection with short notice because the sellers wanted it done right away. Pete came from an hour away and arrived on time, he spent the whole day inspecting the house, there was not one thing that he missed. He would stop during the inspection and go over things with me. After the inspection was done he walked around the outside of the house with me and explained everything he looked at. Pete was extremely thorough during this process and completely put our minds at ease when making such a big purchase. Pete had the 300 page home inspection report to us the next morning, which was Saturday! He was so accommodating to us and wonderful to work with, we highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
