I'm in the process of purchasing my first house and reached out to Chuck after my realtor recommended him. After looking at all his 5 star reviews I knew he'd be the right guy for the job. After working with him, I can confirm all his reviews are honest reviews! I'm so glad I hired him and not some of the other guys I got quotes from first. He's extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and patient. He was happy to answer questions I had and gave me suggestions on updates for the future. He's also very reasonable with his prices. He works with you and understands the very stressful process of purchasing a home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector.

Chuck Sweede is an amazingly thorough and knowledgeable home inspector. Also, he is focused on educating his client - he is very good at walking you through his observations and thought process when it comes to evaluating a property. He takes his time, and when something doesn’t quite make sense, he double checks his work. He is very efficient in his reports which he illustrates with photos from the property, so that the information you need to go forward with a sale is at your finger tips. He also comes with a full list of well vetted other professionals who evaluate systems outside his expertise. Chuck is a must hire for your next purchase.
