South Shore Builders Corp
“Short review, for those who want the meat of the review, these guys are well priced, did great work, dependable.
Now on to what I want to really say. I saw these job signs around in my area, and I was ready to find a guy to do a LOT of work on my house. I took down the number and called. We got Danny, the owner. He came in and we liked him right away. Professional, knows what he is doing, answered all of our questions, insured, A+ rating with BBB, gave us references upon request. Put it to you this way, we liked Danny and felt confident; we did not call any other contractor.
The work: I had him rip off my old roof and put a new roof on, remove my old doors and put in replacements, that I purchased, remove and replaced all my windows, I had old air conditioners in my walls, he removed them and patched my walls, and I had him remove and patch a door we no longer used, resided my house, new gutters and installed lighting in my soffits, like I said a big project.
The price for the work I felt very fair, and worth every penny. After all it is like I have a whole new house.
His crew work very hard, and know their trade. When parts of the project come up, like removing the old roof, and siding, he will bring in a large crew to get that part done within a day. Danny stays in touch and is reachable should you have questions/concerns. Special shout out to Carlos, the main guy on my job. Great work!
Overall I am thrilled with the work they did, the price, the whole process. I recommend South Shore Builders for your project.”
