He did exactly what he said he would in the quote and when he found any other issues he showed pictures first and told the options and let the customer decide without any pressure. Another customer received an honest assessment and the issue was rectified in an incredibly timely manner with the least amount of inconvenience, using expertise to thoroughly solve a problem that was decades in the making in an affordable and timely manner. A flat roof in the front of a house was replaced and the entire experience was a pleasure; he communicates in a responsive manner, spends time explaining in detail the work that needs to be completed and delivers quality results at a reasonable price. Gutters around a whole house were previously replaced. The team was on time and always explained the job every step of the way, with high quality work right down to the clean up and a fair price. Roofing repairs were done and new gutters were installed, with excellent communication — responsive, punctual and professional — top-notch work quality and fair and transparent pricing. The owner answers his calls, stayed in touch about when he would be able to come by and actually showed up, and was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind and did an excellent job.
