Called Keith to fix a clogged washing machine drain and fix toilet . He was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently explained the situation. He charged a fair price to try the least expensive fix first. If it turns out this is not adequate, he said he will apply some of what I’ve already paid towards the cost of the next step.
