1 week of no hot water or heat/sometimes neither, 2 failed plumbers who didn’t know what they were doing, to finally Steven who figured everything out in less time than the others and came out to help me on short notice on a weekend which happened to also be Valentine’s Day (sorry to the Mrs), then giving me a steep discount because he’s fair and compassionate, I’ve learned my lesson.
