In my time of despair of losing a loved one, an angel appeared at this funeral home by the name of Nicole, who turned out to be the director. Pls ask for her. She was patient, kind, fair, trustworthy and communicative even at 10 o’clock at night while I was in the hospital and she was all the while dotting every I and crossing every T to help us. Just want to say, the woman who was working last night (Fri, 8/16/24, 4-8pm service), was amazing! I've been to so many services and I can't think of another where I saw an employee doing SO much to help. From offering bottles of water, to comforting the family, to helping watch kids, etc. She was UNBELIEVABLE - and helped make a very stressful situation just a bit easier. She is the definition of an asset to this company, not sure if she's an owner or an employee but either way, THAT is how it's done! Thank you again!
