“They took away stand up for bronze level without even telling us. I am claustrophobic and they would not accommodate me to a stand up without paying the upgrade fee. Worst customer service ever!!! They had to know they were doing this and I should have been told when I signed up. I now change my review to 5 stars because of team getting back to me in a quick manner and resolving my issue.
