Called with water in the laundry room, nick and another guy came to find the source. After not giving up on finding our issue, he found the AC unit with a leak, and then noticed the water heater seemed too hot - to further figure out the exhaust through the chimney was blocked! He cleared it and saved us from a potential fatal carbon monoxide issue. Couldn’t be more grateful for the efficient, excellent work!!

Had a waste line leak in my basement. Steve came on a Saturday and inspected, gave me good advice on how to remedy it until they could come early in the week. Alex and Joseph showed up and did an outstanding job. Professional, neat, and fixed the problem in about 3 hours. The price was very fair, considering the scope of the job and the quality of the work. Highly recommend Pristina!

I recently had an oil-to-gas conversion completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the work was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
