Heather is the sweetest and most talented colorist I've been to! I came in for some copper balayage highlights and she was so excited to do it. As someone with thick, dark hair, this process can take over 3 hours, so some colorists have made me feel rushed or like a chore, but Heather really made me feel like a priority. When we first finished my hair, it was a little darker than I expected, so I called Heather and she insisted I come back so she could lighten it. She was so happy to help me and I left absolutely in love with my hair. Here are some pictures in indoor lighting and natural lighting, I'm so happy with how it came out!!

Heather has been doing my hair for a while and has seen me through a few transitions. She was an absolute wizard with my latest decision to go gray. She helped me achieve a look that was not aging and allowed for my natural gray hair to grow. She also has kept up with my 2 daughters ever changing hairstyles. Never a bad experience by any of us. We won't go to anyone else!

This was my first experience at Primp Salon n Spa n was pleasantly surprised by the size of the salon. Many chairs n stylists to accommodate you, open space with coffee bar separate room for shampoo etc. Heather was a true professional in every way. Made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions with a friendly smile. As a first/time customer I was very happy with my color, cut n crown hi-lights I will be back. Thank you Heather. D
