I took my dog to get seen for blood work because I needed to get prescriptions to remove ticks off my dog. They told me his bloodwork came back positive for Lyme disease. Come to find out it wasn't true. I had to take my dog to the Vet to get a better look at what was actually going on. I don't recommend anyone coming here to find out what is going on with their pet. The employees were nice and all but it's not okay to let someone know that their dog has a disease when they actually don't.

been purchasing my guinea pigs here for years. the staff at the baldwin ny store was great! sadly the one in franklin square closed down. very happy with the health of the animals..the care and follow up..also!..the customer service was great!
