Mike is the absolute best! Such an honest, helpful, informative, genuine all around great, knowledgeable person throughout the inspection process! We would not have been able to go through the house buying process without him-and will continue to use him for any other home inspections needed!

I was referred to Mike by a cousin of mine, and I could not be more satisfied with his thoroughness of the inspection he performed on our first home purchase! Being handy myself and knowing what to look for, I was able to catch some things on my own walkthrough several days prior, but Mike took it to a whole 'nother level and pointed out several things that I missed or didnt think to even look for. I have to say buying a home was one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done. It’s nice having someone that truly knows their trade like Michael does! After my walk through with him, I felt so much relief. It’s nice to know what you’re getting into and what you should be looking out for. I now have a list of things that I will be keeping tabs on for the next 5-10 years. Ready to tackle homeownership!!!
