If you are going for cleanliness and aesthetic- you'll love it. If you are going for customer service and experience- you won't be happy. I was in and out in 35 minutes for a manicure, pedicure. The girl who did my nails didn't say 1 word to me the entire time. I don't like to bash businesses, the place is beautiful and they were very clean, however not the best experience.
Update: I broke up with this salon because I was going back too many times to have my nails fixed. Every different tech that tried to fix the problem (tried like 3) my nails still lifted. The manager suggested I try gel powder, so I did but same thing was happening with the lifting. It is with a heavy heart that I will no longer be coming here. I really liked them but I can’t go on like this because my pockets are not happy and I just don’t have that time to be coming back once a week.
Highly recommend this salon for UV gel nails. It was recommended to me by my boss. Was loyal to another salon closer to home but after the owner messed up my nails... read full review
The BEST nail salon I've been too. JC Nails was highly recommended by a family member. Everyone is nice and professional. There are many stations for both manicures & pedicures. I have my favorite nail tech, Miss Alisa. For pedicures, everyone competes for an appointment with James.
