Went in to get my sew in taken out. Young girl got mad when and started yanking my hair with comb and being rough once she saw how long my hair is under the weave. I was about to get my ends clipped thankful I didn’t Smh I payed for the takedown and left. I’m disgusted!

This place is horrible, first off I had my daughter call and ask how much is for a wash blow and permanent color they asked how long is her hair and she told them shoulder length the owner told her $155 which I feel that is still to much, I still allowed my daughter to go get her hair done there. My daughter gets there and they changed the price to $190 why basically $200 which makes no sense. The lady with the white looking hair acts like she’s the owner and that place will lose business bcuz the owner allows it. My daughter has thick hair but it’s not long and it’s shoulder length but they added and extra $35 for her having normal thick hair. I don’t understand why she was trying to charge my daughter $190. So my daughter calls me and tell me so I told her don’t color her hair just a wash blow dry and flat iron and they charged her $75 mind u there was no Treatment involved…….. my daughters and anyone I know will never go there again. I put a picture of my daughter hair and it’s normal thick and I guess u have to have basically little to no hair to be charged a normal price. And a little advice to the owner will be, run ur salon bcuz ur the owner bcuz ur employee is gonna have u lose clients……

Where should I start, I visited this salon for the first time a few days ago and I was greeted a beautiful young lady named “Zee” I hope I spelled it right, she did my hair and OH MY GOD she was so delicate with my hair, I can’t say enough of her. The BEST hair stylist I have ever had in my life. I’m transitioning from heat damaged/ relaxed hair to my natural curly hair & it takes time, patience to do my hair. I explained her what I need and she did it even better than I expected. From washed, detangled , rolos & blower , it was perfect. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Zee for being so sweet & so caring.

My experience at this salon was very disappointing. I called and asked to schedule an appointment, owner just said to walk in. Even though I got what I wanted done, I waited 3 hours to get my service done. Will not be returning good luck to those who have time to sit in a salon for 4 hours

I am pretty sure relaxer was used against my knowledge at this salon. I am mortified and traumatized from this experience. My beautiful curls that took years to grow are RUINED. If I could give no stars I would. Do not trust this salon! Not to mention the customer service was horrible and the main stylists was on the phone the entire time paying little to no attention to what she was doing. Im sure she thinks she was doing me a favor by putting these toxic chemicals in my hair and doing herself a favor by making the task easier.

Quality of work is outstanding. However, plan on being there all day. They are so slow. My daughter was there 8hrs. Very very slow. Hair was great. Knowledgeable about hair.
