I found Back to Health through Groupon. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like I had been going there for years. It took a while to get an appointment, they only accept Groupon visits on one day of the week. This wasn't a big problem, but this was my first experience with Groupon and Back to Health and I was wondering why a coupon would mean you have to get service set apart from a regular client, I still don't know. Anyway about the clinic, it was bare bones, not fancy, it needs a little work to be honest. I was in a tight corner room that was a little below par, but the music was relaxing and the room was nicely lit. I didn't like that I can't choose my masseuse, I tend to get all of my service from women (no shade), but that wasn't the case here. Still, my masseuse was great, he "fixed" my shoulder after almost a year of pain and I haven't had a problem with it since. I would definitely recommend them for pain management if you don't care about bells and whistles.

Thank you. I did not get the whole 60mins but it was definitely worth the money. I needed all the pressure that she applied to my most sore parts.

TERRIBLE service. It was hard to get an appointment finally when I got a hold of someone they said they only took Groupons on Tuesday. Then the day before my appointment they canceled and said they will only have one masseuse so I have to reschedule. This place is terrible don't use them and don't waste your time.

I saw this place on groupon and it looked great. I bought a groupon and went on the website. I couldn't wait to try them out! I called today at 2:30 to set something up for this Friday. The woman that answered told me they were at lunch having a meeting before I could ask a question she hangs up on me. I call back at 6:30 and am told the next available massage is Tuesday June 4... 2 months from now and that Tuesday's are when they do groupon massages. By the way they are closed on Tuesday . I ask to speak to a manager and the nasty owner gets on to tell me They only do groupons on Tuesday because they are only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Those days are for her regular clients. This was not in the fine print because I would never have made the purchase. Don't waste your time going to this place. They are nasty and their business practices are pretty shady if you ask me! Maybe you could open more days and get a bigger clientele if you were a little nicer and more accommodating!
