Drew and his team have done work for me in the past and I have always been pleased with the way I have been treated and the work they have done. The last time Drew was here to service my furnace I had asked him about changing my hot water heater as I know it was passed its age and I did not want to risk it rusting thru or bursting as I know that can be traumatic and cause extensive damage. Our 15 year old A/C unit broke during Covid June 2020. They came and replaced the unit. 1 year and 3 months later our new unit stopped working. All Pro came back and by process of elimination, they figured out that our unit outside had a short and would not turn on the unit in attic. They are great and their service is even better
