Aaron Air Conditioning serviced our HVAC unit which failed to provide heat. The service person recognized a very dangerous situation - outside of the building- hanging exposed wires that could have killed someone or ignited with catastrophic results. We appreciate the competency, quick service and expertise of this company.

New to area and found Aaron HVAC through Carrier web site. The inside unit was making a weird gurgling and clicking noise one night, so turned it off and called Aaron in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come at noon same day. Steve the first tech diagnosed that the motor was broken, and recommended replacing just that. However, warranty on motor was just one-year and the Carrier in my new house was around twelve-years old, so given age of system, I actually asked to replaced the entire air handler, which comes with 10-year warranty.
