“Unfortunately, my review will not be great and I do hate bad reviews” OK so this was the beginning of a review I left when I had a service due and no one came or showed up and I thought it very odd that my phone calls kept going to call center well The owner just came to my house and personally apologized something happened and there was no way of letting everybody know, but his actions in coming to my home and personally apologizing speaks volumes to me!!…. anybody who knows me knows I love my home townAnd try to keep my business within it so hopefully they will be and continue to be my oil provider and service company and hope all is well with whatever may have...read full review

I went in to have my BBQ propane tank filled because I thought it was empty since no gas was coming out when I tried to BBQ. Gerry took my money but once she lifted the tank to fill it said that it was pretty much full, no need for a refill. Not only did she give me my money back right away, she purged the tank and fixed the valve for me, all for free. I took it home and it started up right away on the grill.Other places might have just taken my money and sent me on my way but she took the time to give great customer service at no cost. Needless to say, she has a customer who will be back every time.

my mother had a new oil burner installed by alcus oil.everything went smoothly,starting with tracy the manager ,there was a small problem and she sent mike a master plumber with lots of experience the same day to take care it ,and he did.then mr alcus the owner showed up .to make sure all was well.i like this company very much,not only because they do good work,but also because they truly care about the customer,unlike the mega companies ,who would have taken advantage of an 84 yr old woman.we are going to make an appointment soon,to have a tune up and have a small part replaced.so once again thank you and keep up the good work,jerry gerena
