During a time of such terrible pain, Valerie, Joe and team helped make things a little more bearable. They were genuine professionals, allowed us the time we needed to grieve and held our hand every step of the way. My family cannot thank you enough for all you did for us.
11 years ago my mom and I went to massapequa funeral home to plan my step Dad and mom's funeral. We met with Gina who is one of the funeral directors and she was wonderful and helped us plan everything and my mom really liked her, she made us feel like family. Couple of years later my dad passed and they did a fantastic job and my mom was truly impressed. First class!! Unfortunately for me and my family my passed away last week. My sister and I met with Gina and she was absolutely amazing and made the process so easy at such a difficult time for us. Tara went above and beyond to make this difficult time, as easy as possible. She made herself available, she was compassionate, very thorough, patient and genuinely cared for our family. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did and how comforting it was to work with her. The funeral home was beautiful and had an elegant display.
