“I love coming here mainly because I see a certain stylist. The salon is spacious and clean but could use a little bit of a makeover. Not sure why they have the child playpen in the front window I’ve never seen kids here. It’s almost always empty which is a shame as they do very good styles and the prices are good. I understand the stylists rent the chairs but in a case like this it might be nice to have 2 or 3 permanent people there. I’ve never met the owner so far. I believe they do other treatments as well which can’t be added when there since there are no people working. It’s probably because it’s a little off the beaten path - in Manhattan every space inch would be utilized“

I’m very picky with French manicures but I left very pleased today. ? My nails look so good I can’t stop staring at them!!
The salon itself is wonderfully clean and organized, staff is warm and welcoming, and all customers are greeted and taken care of immediately upon arrival. Prices are great, service is fast and efficient, and environment is nice and breathable.
The owner of the salon is so sweet and really attends to her clients with so much care.
Highly recommend if you’re struggling to find a new salon in Queens or in the area. ??“

“Love Luxxor! A large group of us essentially took over the salon a couple weekends ago to get our hair and makeup done for a large “fantasy black-tie” NYC wedding. The salon was extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice! I didn’t get my makeup done, but those who did looked gorgeous! Ricky did my hair and he was wonderful and fun to chat with while sipping a complimentary mimosa :). He wasn’t alerted that I had clip-in extensions I wanted to use for my hairstyle, which take more time than he had allotted, but he made time for me and I teared up when he showed me the result (see photo)!
