Fantastic experience! The salon is clean, i was seated at my appointment time, service was spectacular! I powder dip and was very pleased. The only thing i didn’t care for, is the fact they have the news on loud and honestly, i can’t stand watching the news when I’m in a place of relaxation. No beauty salon should subject their customers to it. Other than that, it was great. I will wear my EarPods next time as the news just caused anxiety.

While the service is great and they do a meticulous job at waxing, be sure to call advance on Saturdays. Considering that it’s rather out of the way and gets really busy to the point where the next appointment is at 3 and you get there at noon, they may want to consider hiring more staff. Until then, word to the wise, before spending your one day off waiting twenty minutes for a bus to shlep down to Maspeth from Astoria, call first.
