Colin scheduled my service call promptly. On the day of my appointment, Rich, the service technician, was on time; he got right to work and was finished in less time than I had assumed it would take. I have used CKH several times in the past, but last weekend I reached out and left a voicemail because we had water in our basement due to a clogged drain in our floor downstairs. A few hours later Colin reached back out (on a weekend) to let me know that it was not a problem he could fix since it was most likely sewer related, and gave me the information for Onondaga County and said to reach out to them while also giving me the contact information.2 hours later Onondaga County had left my house, the drain was unclogged and the water was gone. Our sump pump failed flooding our entire finished basement. We called him at 4:50 PM after coming home from vacation and he was at our home in 15 minutes to help us take care of the immediate issue of draining the basement and got us on the books within two days to get a replacement sump pump. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. I would recommend him over and over again.
