Sonic Yoga

I try to visit a yoga studio whenever I travel. Sonic Yoga was within walking distance from my hotel. It was a nice walk from Times Square. It's a nice studio. Emma was the instructor for the Sunrise class at 7:30am. She was hospitable and i very much enjoyed her class. I would visit again.

Wonderful studio with lovely instructors. I have practiced yoga semi-regularly for about five years but fell out of a consistent routine during the pandemic and was nervous to start back. I'm so thankful to have found Sonic! I've been coming here for almost two years and have grown in my practice here like never before. Each teacher, and even regular yogis who come for class, take the time to know you personally...truly an encouraging community! I've loved every class I've taken here. Would recommend it (and have recommended it) to anyone! :)

Love this place! Their classes ignited my love for Yoga. Everyone has always been very welcoming which makes me come for years now. Their classes are super challenging but grounded, nourishing and designed to grow you. I ended up doing my 200hr teacher training with this amazing group of teachers. To me, the best yoga studio in town.
