I can confidently say that was because the old owner, Jimothey, was a FREAK and told the employees to touch clients.... areas, etc. The new owner, Mahoney, is a solid person and made a new rule specifically no funny business. So do go back. They also bought a new microwave for heating up the hot stones and they sourced the stones from the east river specifically (bespoke).“
