Lucas has become synonymous to happiness in my mind. I type a lot and always have tense arms and upper body. But not after Lucas! He really understands how to get in there and bring relief. I’ve had massages with 2 other therapists here and they were equally as gifted.

Renew Day spa is always a place that I will have in mind for a relaxing massage! Massages are affordable, the staff is friendly, thoughtful and efficient. I’ll keep coming back here as long as I can!

This place gives the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many much more expensive spas. I don’t live in New York anymore but anytime I’m in town, the first thing I do is book an appointment here. They will find every knot in your body and get it out. It’s not the fanciest spa but it’s clean and professional!
