I originally found Madeleine Spa through Groupon and purchased three Endermologie sessions. I’ve bought A LOT of things on Groupon over the years, but this is one of those rare times where I feel like I genuinely found a gem.
What impressed me most was the owner. She is incredibly knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain things. There are SO many body-contouring treatments out there — Endermologie, cavitation, VelaShape, fat freezing, and a million other machines — and as a customer, it can be almost impossible to know what you actually need. I’ve spent so much time trying to research the difference between them, and most places never really explain which treatment targets what.
She did.
Instead of simply letting me choose services based on what I thought I needed, she looked at my concerns and explained the difference. Cellulite? Endermologie may make sense. The area I was concerned about on my stomach? She explained that what I was describing looked more like loose skin than cellulite, so we should approach it differently. That immediately made me trust her because she wasn’t trying to sell me everything — she was actually correcting me and helping me understand what would make sense for my body.
We ended up putting together an actual game plan, including how to start gradually, stay consistent, and structure treatments in a way that I can realistically afford long-term. I really appreciated that because getting results isn’t just about doing one random treatment and hoping for the best — consistency matters, and she understands that finances are part of making that possible too.
And it doesn’t stop with the machines. She has SO much information about vitamins, minerals, nutrition, digestion, gut health, and the things we put into our bodies. I’m constantly researching supplements and walking around vitamin stores trying to figure out what I should be taking, so I loved finding someone who was willing to sit there and actually explain her perspective and give me information to research further.
I went in expecting three Groupon sessions. I left feeling like I had finally found someone who could help me understand the bigger picture and create an actual plan instead of having me guess my way through different treatments.
Finally found someone who helped me understand what I actually need instead of just selling me whatever service I walked in asking for. And then upselling on top of it.
