I had a great experience with Connie, she listened to my symptoms and was very proactive in my care. I appreciated her straightforward approach and bedside manner.
Only feedback is for the billing department. I took an at home breath test and had to pay copay, but was told I would be credited the investment when I returned the test to the office. I have not received compensation after serval follow ups. If you are a new patient - do not allow them to steal your money.
Dr. Park was amazing, it was my first time visiting this office today. Honestly I can say Dr. Park listened to all of the symptoms I was having, followed up with discovery questions and did testing. She made me feel seen and heard and didn’t opt to just prescribe me over the counter Metamucil or miralax! She is digging deeper to find the cause of my gut issues and I am appreciative of her attentiveness, knowledge and care. Also, Dr. Park assistants were so nice, spoke and greeted me with a smile and they were very gentle. The office space was so nice and clean very modern aesthetic. If you want to be feel seen and heard I recommend visiting Dr. Park and her practice.
Dr. Park is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Given that she is a gastroenterologist, she’s also very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable about the subject matter. Also, her entire office is extremely technological and up-to-date. I could do everything on my phone. at first, it seemed a little daunting, but in the end it was extremely simple.
