The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and they took the time to explain the entire process to me. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the quality of their service and their customers.

I chose both cleaning and preservation. After cleaning, I inspected the dress before moving to preservation. Most of the dirt and dust was removed, there were however still a few twigs. Because of that, I’d recommend inspecting your dress after cleaning rather than going straight into preservation.

Came out to about $44, not bad! Also was done within the week if you need a quick turnaround. I also had a pair of pants taken in at the wait, almost a whole size smaller. The seamstress did a great job and the pants are like new! Would definitely recommend her if you need anything adjusted. I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.
