We recently made the decision to replace our 35-year-old oil furnace and reached out to four different heating experts. After meeting with Juan from Upstate Heating and Plumbing, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. His deep knowledge of various propane systems truly impressed us. We had a great experience with Upstate. Michelle was fantastic with communication. She coordinated with us and the propane company to get things done. Tom was great, we can’t say enough good about him! Thanks Upstate! ?

Juan did an amazing job, we called him at 4PM on a Friday, and we had our furnace switch box fixed within and hour because he has an inventory or product . We were shocked at how reasonable the price was and how quick it was done.
