Wish i could take a pic of the Work that was DONE!!! No one wanted to give me an emergency call no matter what o offfered to pay I had a rental with no heat. I left a message with Joe and 1 hour later he calls tells me dont worry werre gonna take care of you. I never felt so sure of something , he guy arrived assesd it and the previous person put the blower on backwards caused the switch to burn out and the fan etc. He got the parts offered me a affordable option and then another option which would be slightly more. After it was all daid and done the price was beeyind fair and i wasnt charged a mergency call those usually are $2-300 plus what ever labor etc originally... read full review

We had a great experience with Upstate. Michelle was fantastic with communication. She coordinated with us and the propane company to get things done. Tom was great, we can’t say enough good about him! Thanks Upstate! ?

Outstanding, I called in the evening when they were closed, gave address, and he was here before opening to assess damage. Fixed by afternoon! Very happy!Service: Plumbing pipe repair
