“Wish i could take a pic of the Work that was DONE!!! No one wanted to give me an emergency call no matter what o offfered to pay I had a rental with no heat. I left a message with Joe and 1 hour later he calls tells me dont worry werre gonna take care of you. I never felt so sure of something , he guy arrived assesd it and the previous person put the blower on backwards caused the switch to burn out and the fan etc. He got the parts offered me a affordable option and then another option which would be slightly more. After it was all daid and done the price was beeyind fair and i wasnt charged a mergency call those usually are $2-300 plus what ever labor etc originally it was going to be $169 plux tax but i needed some parts etc he came back took care of that worrd it chaged stuff and it came up to $650. Fair isnt the word when i tell u no one would help literally no one. Not even on a emergency call even though he knew i was in a JAM he didnt take advantage of that or me.
