Absolutely excellent. Called them at around 11:30AM after my car totally shut off on the taconic, at an extremely unsafe exit. The driver, who I regrettably didn’t get his name, was absolutely excellent. Arrived at 12 and safely and professionally loaded me up and delivered me to my destination. Would 100% recommend.

Valley Towing came to the rescue and responded quickly to Aid one of our company vans. The trucks are nice, the drivers are knowledgeable. The rates are compatible with other companies but at least they respond when they said they're going to.

While in desperation mode on a late Sunday afternoon looking for help to get my stuck car out of my driveway, Valley towing answered my call immediately sent out a truck and within minutes, my car was unstuck. Phenomenal customer service at a phenomenal rate. Definitely recommend this is a five star company.
