I had Dave do my home inspection of a few properties. He was very thorough on making sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. The fact that he's also a certified mold remediation specialist also made me and my wife's mind at ease knowing that he could spot a potential money pit. Dave was in the crawlspace in the attic.
