David is professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough with his inspections, he doesn’t leave any stone unturned. He will walk you through his inspection so you have a complete understanding of any and all of his findings. I have complete faith in everything he discovered and he will extend the solutions to you as well.
Dave Colagiovanni Is probably the best home inspector I’ve ever used. Some companies come out and charge you for services you don’t need or miss things here and there, not Dave. From the moment he stepped on the property I knew I was getting a great service. Dave was prepared for EVERYTHING, there were no surprise charges and he explained what he was doing why and possible fixes to problems I have with my home. The problems were very minor but he found every single one of them with great precision and professionalism. If I ever had to buy a home again I would make sure to use Dave. David is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous ,he walked the house, explain all aspects, made recommendations ,used drone to look at everywhere we can't see, he was my pleasures to watch him at work, he cares about people he represents , would recommend supra inspections to everyone , keep it up
