My starter died on the way to Vermont. Carlos and his father went above and beyond to fix my car as fast as possible to so me and kids could resume our road trip to Vermont. Without them the weekend would be ruined. He is a certified Mercedes technician and knew my Mercedes in and out.

I'm am so thrilled to have come across this business. After getting a ridiculous quote from the BMW dealer, I found Carlos. He diagnosed my problem the same day, ordered only the part that was needed, kept me in the loop the whole time and fixed it faster than expected.
