Is the new business model to turn away new clients because you have too many customers a good business model? First the business phone number doesn't work, went to get a haircut the place was closed, then called the phone number and spoke to the owner Erica and she told me to come Monday at 2 pm for a haircut. Show up to the salon and she tells me that I didn't have an appointment even though she told me to come at 2 pm. Then tells me to come back Wednesday since she is fully booked. Went back on Wednesday and tells me that she has too many customers and that I should find another stylist. Why have a business if you turn away new customers because you don't have other stylists/barbers or other workers to help you run your business. I give this business 0 stars for their lack of professionalism dealing with new customers and do not recommend,
