I can't return to Grace Nail and Spa. Cons: Your appointment means very little...I have had to wait with every appointment. Paul's grumpy and miserable attitude has made it is a displeasure to go there to relax! He seems like he doesn't want to be there and carries on over a mistake he made. The last time that I was there, I decided I won't be returning based on his grumpy personality. Pros: I find any other tech to be just fine and enjoy the work of anyone I have used prior- with exception to him.

Love this place! They are so professional. I went to get a full nail set of acrylic nail at a different location and they really messed up my nails. I came here to grace nails and they professionally fix all my issues. The pedicure spa was super relaxing. They definitely have me as a loyal customer from now on.

It seems a little pricey for something that only lasted me less than one week! As I was getting my gel manicure done one of the male staff members was complaining the whole time saying “how hard it was for him to do French tip with blue color”. Continuously kept complaining, whether it was a joke or not, it is unprofessional. Got them done for vaca and didn’t even last a week. I have gotten gel pedicures there a few times before and never had any issues.
