Hands down a 5 star review as our tech Marco was super knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. Assessed the problem, communicated his advice on a resolution and we were repaired within hours. Would recommend Bell and Marco to everyone i know.!!
Dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. The office helps with everything you need and gives good options for service , parts, or entire system replacements. They also offer good service plans. Whether it's the office or in the field team, you'll get great service from people who know what they're doing and take the time to teach and answer your questions.. if you're looking for robots to help you by phone or email instead of actual humans who help you, look elsewhere.
Long time customer on an annual plan. I somehow locked myself out of my thermostat. Although I was happy to have them walk me through resolving the issue, they insisted on sending Kevin to fix it. He did an excellent job of unlocking it and making some requested changes.
He was as pleasant as he was knowledgeable.
