Today was my first experience with Bee&Jay and I was impressed. Mario called to say he was on the way and repaired my toilet seal and pipe as well as installing a new kitchen faucet and valve. Particularly impressed with their cleanliness and care of my floors and carpet. Layed tarps and wore booties which I greatly appreciated.
We had a very troubling and mysterious leak under our sink. We had a good experience with this company in the past, so we called them, fairly late on a Friday. Gavin showed up promptly, and did a fantastic job in diagnosing the problem; purchasing exactly the right replacement faucet, piping, etc.; and then installing everything properly, and leaving everything in shipshape order. He also had a really professional and personable demeanor.
The best plumbers in the area! They're knowledgeable, professional, provide timely responses and the nicest staff ever. Thank you for always being there for regular repairs and urgent situations. Especially for my elderly mother. You'll never go wrong choosing Bee & Jay. You deserve more than 5 stars!
