I’ve visited beauty by bela twice for two different services eyebrows tint and eyelash extensions both of my experience were fantastic. Bela was extremely welcoming and kind she made sure I understood everything she was doing ! My lashes have never looked this good and can’t wait to return to beauty by bela ! 10/10 recommend.
