“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me.
