The guys who came to clean our carpets were super nice. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have hired them through the years. My husband’s study carpet still a a little remnant of soil. I took a picture of it and sent it to the company. They came back a few days later, and cleaned the area again, with no added charge. Super thankful and highly recommend

-Worked with my schedule and were able to pick up my carpet the next day -Communication by text/call and kept me updated -Gave me a narrow window drop-off time so I didn’t have to sit home and wait all day, and were even ten minutes early -Price competitive with any other service I was quoted -Sent the appropriate number of workers to help reinstall the rug under furniture -I do not keep a shoes-off home, but happened to be in socks when they arrived with the rug. They took it upon themselves to notice and remove their shoes without even asking. I didn’t care but it really stuck out to me as thoughtful and considerate service
This is a recommendation before the work is even done. We had a death in the family, and my Mom (75) wanted to have people over at her house afterward. She mentioned she would rent a carpet cleaner and do it herself, cook and clean, etc. (I'm in Colorado and will be there to help on Thursday). No way, I'm letting my mom do that on her own. ( I called Dylan, who found time for us a few days from now) I am sure it will come out great. Thank you!
