“They did a lot of work on my 100 year old house and I’m very happy with everything. They show up with a great attitude and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was happening. They were also very flexible with the scope to stay within my budget while still delivering great results. I would highly recommend Schumann Construction.”
“Are you kidding me!! Hands down the best custom home company. We had our home built in 2015,absolutely beautiful!! We had a couple of minor issues 8 years later and Chris came over personally and took care of them,no questions asked. I think he would come back tomorrow if I had a problem!! We love our home and if we were to have another built there is no question it would be TRIOU Custom homes!!!!
AWESOME!!!!!!!”
“Mark was very professional, honest, fair and punctual. I would recommend him and hire him again.”
