When we got our Pomeranian puppy, they scheduled us within a week of calling, and they were completely accommodating! They text reminders for upcoming appointments, take their time with each dog, and keep such a calm environment! He made vast improvements just from dropping him off that I knew he was comfortable and excited for all the attention. His haircut is always very well done, and their prices are completely affordable!

I love Flossie…she was so good with my 11 year old Corgi/cattle dog mix !!!!I almost didn’t recognize her when she came out. She looked great. She must’ve lost 40 lbs of hair !!!Great job Flossie. See ya in February !!!

I've been taking my mini poodle Beau to cuddle clips since he was a little puppy. I was a nervous mama at first, but I was soon feeling very happy/comfortable. Miss Flossie talked with me about the look I wanted for him, and she is kind and gentle with Beau. Beau loves to "go see Miss Flossie" he gets right in the car with a wagging tail. Plus he always comes out looking really good, nice and clean, and he is clipped exactly the way that I want him to be.
